Dati masasabi natin na ang MAPUA palaging ng to-top sa board exam in every field of ENGR'R and ARCHI, at kaya most of the top 20 ay MAPUAN at ang school passing rate nasa 95-98% pero ngayon nasa top 10 nga pero not even got the top most position at bilang mo sa darili ang top passer at shool passing rate decrease to half, dati way back in time pag pasok mo sa MAPUA ang dami ng banner na nakapaskil sa gate ng eskwelahan, at proud ka na nag aaral sa MAPUA, ME-EE-CE-AR ang palaging top notcher sa board. Yes we are rigth, kapag nalaman ng ibang tao o ibang company ng MAPUA graduate ka, no question ask at saludo sayo kasi MAPUAN BLOOD ka, kasi alam palaging nag top sa board exam ang Mapua, hindi natin masabi na this little amount of points lang ang lamang nila kaya hindi tayo napasama sa top, what I wish is that the old spirit of old Mapua must live. TRUE BLOODED MAPUAN CAN DO IT.

as bottomline...since lot of these negative changes started when the school's priority mainly focused on its financial problems...can we say that the quality of its products (the studentry & their achievements) has become equal with the products of the establishment that took over? Hmmm...
1 of my prof at another university told us that that 'takeover' was 1 of the hardest consulting job they handled...they probably will never know why because they were never a true Mapuan.
